Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Please read, these people and donuts are amazing! My sister in law always brings us their donuts when she visits us in Indiana because they're so good. The donuts are great, particularly the Brooklyn Blackout and Black & White! We wanted to announce our pregnancy to our sister in law with help from Doughnut Plant (her favorite place), and they helped write a card and print out our ultrasound as a surprise! It turned out amazing, and we are so appreciative of Mia and the team's help! Forever fans of this place from states away, and if that doesn't convince you to go then I don't know what will!

An oasis of doughnut on Flatbush. My daughter loved the chocolate covered strawberry shortcake with Chantilly cream. The Brooklyn Blackout doughnut is always fantastic - a sweet nod (no pun intended!) to the cake New Yorkers know and love for decades. And the red velvet & white was so good, I couldn't resist a bite before snapping the pic! They do sell out of popular doughnuts by mid-afternoon, so if your heart is set on a particular doughnut, go early.

I was really excited to revisit Donut Plant after not visiting for a few years. The donuts looked fantastic and tasted even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into their creations. The flavors were rich, fresh, and def lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by the service. The cashier had a standoffish demeanor, barely spoke, and made it feel like we were bothering her just by asking questions. She slammed the bag of donuts on the counter without a word, and overall came across as cold, blah and unprofessional. It definitely took away from what could have been a great visit/ reintroduction to this place. So honestly, Great products but customer service matters just as much. I hope management takes note, because the donuts deserve better representation at the front counter. Idk maybe She was having a bad day π€·πΎββοΈ

Doughnut Plant on Flatbush never disappoints. I had the strawberry shortcake donut this time. Itβs not quite a traditional donut, but it tastes amazing and totally satisfies the craving. The tres leches cold brew was smooth and just sweet enough. Service is always friendly and fast, even during busy hours. They were out of my favorite crΓ¨me brΓ»lΓ©e donut, which wasnβt a surprise since it was late in the day. These are hands down the best donuts in New York and quite possibly this side of Atlantic Ocean. They are the perfect size, which makes it easy to try a few different flavors in one visit. Other donut shops tend to make donuts that are just too big. I keep coming back whenever the donut craving hits. Highly recommend.
